Membership and Dues

Annual dues for membership in the Association are $25 per household. The largest single expense is liability insurance to protect the Association and the residents who implement the programs of the Association. Other expenses are printing and mailing of a newsletter and sponsoring our annual cleanup day and biennial picnic and garage sale.

There are 442 homes eligible for membership in the Association and we currently have 371 members, which is an 85% membership.
