MISSION STATEMENT

The Sunset Hills Homeowners Association is a volunteer organization that endeavors to promote the common good and general welfare of the residents of Sunset Hills by means of written communication, neighborhood events and the expression of neighborhood goals and opinions to public agencies. Association goals include improving safety, preserving and enhancing the environment and fostering a sense of community. The Sunset Hills Homeowners Association has no authority to enforce or solicit compliance with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions affecting real properties in Sunset Hills. (April 6, 2004)
